hi, I’m Caryn.

Like many love story’s, my love for Yoga began at the beach, ocean wind blowing through my hair, the sun gently kissing my salty skin. Of course, the setting...Bali. It was there in 2014 that I knew what I discovered what I ultimately wanted to do with the rest of my years - to commit to the physical practice, to teach and share with others, and to always be the student, open to learning more. Yoga for me is far more than just a physical practice, it is a way of existing in this lifetime, it is the adjustment in the perception of my own reality - one that is filled with never ending knowledge to be absorbed and implemented into everyday life. Being able to share this beautiful practice with others brings me immense joy, as a teacher I aim to create a safe and nurturing space for others to lean into their authentic selves and discover their essence and purpose in life through creative movement and expression. In 2017 I dived into my YTT200 in the gorgeous setting of Zanzibar - resulting in me becoming a Certified Ashtanga based and Vinyasa teacher, this training gave me the tools and confidence that allowed to me to begin teaching. It was an unforgettable experience that brought me undeniably closer to my practice and opened me up to the exploration of the philosophy of Yoga. I continued my education by completing my YTT300 in 2019 in the same place my yoga journey first began - Bali! After immersing myself for a month of asana practice as well as philosophy, anatomy and meditation, I proudly call myself a 300hr Grad of the Zuna Tribe! In 2020 I expanded my teaching ability by completing my 50hr Yin Certification with Lindsay from Samananova Yoga, it was my first time taking a training through an online platform and I can tell you it was every bit as educational as in person trainings!

I am currently existing, teaching & practicing in South Florida, USA! Are you in the area and want to take an in-person class with me? Check out the studio schedules below to take an in-person class with me:
